Art as a feeling,
not a result.

Not a place to learn art — a room to remember feeling.

Where inner work meets creation

We make rooms for
presence, not performance.

Nøema is a contemporary practice in sensory art — a space between gallery, ritual, and gathering, where art is met through the hands and the breath rather than the screen.

Each gathering is small by design. We build with texture, sound, slowness, and attention — the materials that survive the noise of a day.

Each evening includes sound, guided stillness, sensory creation, and shared reflection.

You leave with something made and something quieted. That is the only itinerary.

— III
i.TexturePigment, paper, clay, raw linen. Materials chosen for the way they meet the hand.
ii.SoundA score of low strings, room tone, and silence. Composed for the duration of the gathering.
iii.RitualA single thread runs through the evening. Arrival, stillness, making, return.
iv.PresenceMoments are gently documented by NØEMA. Guests arrive to create, not to capture.
— ·
01 Arrival You leave the day at the door.
02 Sound The room fills before you do.
03 Meditation Stillness as a material.
04 Creation Your hands know what to do.
05 Reflection What you made is already yours.
06 Gathering Eight, briefly close.

The Practice

A gentle journey of bringing
the inner world into form.

Through conscious movement, we soften, release, and reconnect with what has been waiting to be expressed.

Through creation, that energy begins to take shape — through texture, colour, form, and intuitive art.

Not about perfection.
Not about technique.

Simply presence, expression, and allowing the body, heart, and hands to speak.
A space to feel, move, create — and remember the quiet wisdom already within.

Before the music.
Before the colours.
Before the first conversation.

Every detail is prepared with intention — a quiet space, waiting to be felt. Eight places, set before the door opens. One of them carries your name.

Somewhere between the silence, the colours, and the stillness… something softened.

And maybe that was the point.

Niousha and Mehrnaz — Co-Founders of NØEMA
“NØEMA was born from a desire to create rooms that felt softer than everyday life. A place where art could become a way back to ourselves.”

Not a class. Not a retreat. Something in between — a room designed for those who need to slow down and remember what it feels like to make something with their hands.

Do I need to be an artist?+
No. NOEMA is shaped for anyone willing to slow down and meet a material with attention. Experience is welcome; it isn’t the entry.
How does access work?+
Experiences vary by edition and details are shared privately upon invitation. Leave your name below and we will be in touch when a room becomes available.
What is actually made in the room?+
One small object per guest, drawn from the evening’s thread — a textured panel, a sound-paired drawing, a clay form. The exact medium varies by edition.
What should I bring?+
Nothing. Materials, refreshments, and the room itself are prepared before you arrive — each place set with your name. Come in clothes you can move and make in.
How do I receive an invitation?+
By leaving your name below. Subsequent editions open in stages. We respond personally to every note.
Is there documentation?+
Moments are gently documented by NØEMA. Guests arrive to create, not to capture. The evening is meant to be felt, not archived.
